3.39—LICENSED PERSONNEL RECORDS AND REPORTS The superintendent or his/her designee shall determine, by an individual or by position, those records a teacher is responsible to keep and those reports he/she is required to maintain. It is a requirement of employment that all required records and reports be completed, submitted, or otherwise tendered, and be accepted by the principal or superintendent as complete and satisfactory, before the last month’s pay will be released to the licensed employee.
