# Google Workspace Additional Services - Opt-Out Form

### Purpose

This form allows parents/guardians to opt their child out of access to additional, non-core Google services such as YouTube (restricted), Google Maps, and Google Earth. These services are not essential but may be used to enhance learning.

### Important Notes

- Alternatives may be provided but may not fully replicate the instructional content or experience.

### Action Required

Only complete this form if you do NOT want your child to access additional Google services.
